The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to bus stops for the train station and the museum. The hotel also offered kitchenettes in the rooms, which were well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed and fold-out couch were comfortable, and I appreciated the moveable wall that could create a separation between the two. The staff spoke English and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenience.

The location was good as far as access to shops and sightseeing and the staff really tried to accommodate. There was blood on our sheets and they tried to blame us when it was obvious older blood, just a way to charge a little bit more. The manager was good and sorted it out but I had to spend an hour of my personal time to do so. It's in the City Center and lots to do. Overall, for China, I'd give this hotel a high rating.
China is just starting to work on western tastes and it's going to take some time. The bellman watched me unload my luggage and carry it into the lobby and then he came over and offered to take it to the room.

What a great hotel. Real value for money. The staff was outstanding. We needed medical help and one of the staff members committed himself to stay by our side the whole time we were at the hospital. Absolutely amazing!!!! The location is great. In the middle of the city centre and a lot of public transport available in that area. Great little local restaurants around and the whole atmosphere was lovely. The rooms are very spatious and clean and we loved every minute being there.

I recently stayed at Citadines in Xi'an for a week-long trip. The apart-hotel offered a spacious sitting-room, stocked kitchenette, separate bedroom, and clean bathroom with functioning amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Muslim market, Drum Tower, and subway. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with complex issues and providing directions. The hotel's value for the money was excellent, and I highly recommend it.
100% Recommend this hotel.

L'hotel Citadines was just perfect: the room(actually a studio or mini-aprtement) was very confortable, well designed and very quite. The personel at the frontdesk speak very good English and are kind and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located (literally 100 steps from where the airport shuttle stops) and very close to everything you want to see in the city centre of Xi'An (Muslim block and Mosque and so on). This hotel has an excellent value for money and I would definitely reccomend to stay there and I would get there again if I would ever go back to Xi'An
Everything was fine, the only little thing which was not that good was the breakfast: it is served in a small restaurant fast-food style close to the hotel that doesn't match at all the style and the cleaness of the hotel. However if you like to have salty or chinese food in the morning this place is pretty good but if you are more keen on the continental breakfast then maybe you're better to buy what you want to eat in a supermarket and have the breakfast in your mini-apartement (they are equiped with a modern and nice kitchen)

This place is located in a prime area, right in the center of the city, making it perfect for sightseeing at night. Not only is it within the old city walls, but it's also close to the Mosque and the surrounding markets. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. We also appreciated the washing machine and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the television and am/fm alarm clock. The staff on the reception desk provided really great service, and there was always someone available to assist us.
The only downside we found was the poor internet connection at the lobby, but luckily, it was much better in the room. However, despite this minor inconvenience, we would still highly recommend this hotel to friends.

After a 4 hour flight delayed, we arrived at the hotel after a short 5 minutes walk from the airport shuttle. We were given a room type that we booked, but the room was dirty and not ready. The 2nd room had a funny smell from the bath room, so we went back to the first. The housekeeping staff came and did a bit of cleaning and put new bedding on the beds. The next day, a more through cleaning was done while we were out sightseeing. Location is great and easy to get to the tourist spots. Larry's Singarpore Kitchen has very good breakfast if you like Asian dishes. Service from the hotel staff was very good. An item I left behind was sent to the next hotel promptly.
The hotel is currently under renovation, so it may be dusty and noisy during the day. All the staff should be given new set of uniforms.

The hotel's location in the downtown area is excellent, close to the train station and with easy access from the airport. It is located in the square just to the west of the Drum tower, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides good service. There are facilities like wifi, laundromat, and computers available, and the great price makes it an excellent choice for budget travelers.
Some guests reported that the breakfast was not up to par with their standards.

Very nice staff, very nice room, quiet, there is a laundry.
Breakfast is not worth the 50 YYuan. At nighht, it is impossible to cross the streets surrounding the hotel by foot since the subterrean passagges are closed.

The location was perfect - right near the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter shopping market. Tours were easy to organise for the Terracotta Warriors etc. Close to the airport shuttle, which was easy to access at the airport on arrival. We did enjoy having a small kitchenette to prepare some meals as a supermaket was also nearby.
The hotel staff were polite and could speak english however their comprehension was very poor and we struggled understanding the questions and responses.

The value for money at Citadines was great, with decent rooms and a kitchenette that saved me money on eating out. The location by the bell tower and metro station was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety or options for customization.

Location was good. It was close to the bell & drum towers. Room was nice; however, the pictures online looked better. It was useful that the sink was outside the bathroom since there were 3 of us staying in 1 room. Also like that there was a room divider that slides across the room for privacy.
The check in & out process took a long time. They were renovating while we stayed there, so it was dusty & you can smell the paint. Also, they were renovating the business center, so did not have access to that. It would've been nice if they gave us 3 breakfast coupons for each night we stayed there since we booked a room for 3 people. They only gave us 1 breakfast coupon per night.

The convient location & size of the rooms, together with the facilities.
We were given 2 breakfast tickets on checking in & assumed they must be 1 per room per night, as there were 3 of us staying for 2 nights - they weren't. They actually represented 1 per person, so we had to pay for 4 breakfasts. This should be made clear at check-in & price of breakfast clearly displayed.
